The staff at Summit Place Kia of Auburn Hills were all very warm and inviting. They even stayed 2 hours after close to replace a dead key battery,clean the car up, and accommodate our late arrival! I very much consider going here if you're looking for genuine people who want to give you a genuine car purchasing experience! More

Fantastic customer service About five years ago my son was diagnosed with severe ocd and he was hospitalized twice for his illness. As a parent you want to do everything you can About five years ago my son was diagnosed with severe ocd and he was hospitalized twice for his illness. As a parent you want to do everything you can to get your child well and I did just that. My son is doing extremely well now. But the down size of this journey caused me to go into debt and I now have financial issues which ultimately has affected my overall credit score. If I had to do it all over again, I would do it in a hearbeat because my son has a life worth living now. I have a second son who just got his learners permit for driving and my old vehicle has over 210,000 miles on it. I needed a safe reliable car to drive so my son can practice driving in. I went to the Summit Place KIA dealership to see if they could place me in a vehicle. I was introduced to Bradley Van Sickle and he listen to my story. Bradley was professional, compassionate and really seem to care about my situation. He was able to get me into a 2017 KIA Soul. I have an opportunuity to rebuilt my credit score with this new vehicle. The KIA finanical team was amazing to help me find a lender and keep the financing down as much as they could. I really did not think I could get into a car but I am truly thrilled and so is my son who is learning to drive. I feel confident with KIA's safety rating that my son will be safe. Bradley did not just want to sell a car he wanted to help me re establish my credit and offered constructive ways to do so. He knew my youngest son would be safe in a KIA. Great service and salesmenship My wife and I were looking for a replacement vehicle for her 2006 Hyundai Tucson, this time a vehicle with more room to accommodate our growing family My wife and I were looking for a replacement vehicle for her 2006 Hyundai Tucson, this time a vehicle with more room to accommodate our growing family. Our salesmen, Bradley, was a perfect match for our non-impulsive purchase style. He gave us information on various vehicles, went over the features of each, and helped us demonstrate many of those features while on test drives. Eventually we found the style vehicle we wanted and from there it came down to finding the right color and model, this is where Bradley and the whole team at Summit Place kicked in to search the surrounding inventories to get us the exact match, and they did! When the vehicle came in there were some imperfections with it, but Summit Place worked with us to correct those problems make everything right. What I really appreciate is that Bradley and his team helped to correct those problems, working with my wife, while I was in Austria on business and unable to be there. The vehicle was definitely the right fit for us as Bradley had suggested, and the service was phenomenal at Summit Place. One additional note I would like to make mention of is Bradley's sales style. I've worked in sales in the past and I very much appreciated the subtle methods he used to point out various features or details without hyping it as a "must have" and wasting my time. I would highly suggest working with Bradley in any future car searches. More
