The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star rating was the facial expressions, and wasn't shown more then one vehicle. I was under a great deal of anxiety regarding this process, and when asked questions the negative facial expressions didn't help the feeling much. After expressing this he changed the tone and things went smoother. Overall a friendly atmosphere. More
