Not a pleasant experience. Was misled during the purchase. I also found an extended warranty through another company for half the price $721 after the purchase of my new Kicks which include a fully purchase. I also found an extended warranty through another company for half the price $721 after the purchase of my new Kicks which include a fully refundable extended warranty $1500. So when I came back to the dealer to cancel my extended warranty Ozzy Preciado chose to embarrass me in front of his staff by calling me a liar and telling me he would need to unwind the deal now because he’s losing money. I didn’t appreciate it. I also had plans to have some accessories installed on my new vehicle but I don’t feel comfortable going back to Pedder. Overall my new car buying experience was ruined. More

Definitely a quality and safe dealership to buy from, no shady business here. The car I bought wasn’t too detailed or clean when I drove it off the lot, but it definitely isn’t a Lemon. Best customer service, Brandon and Brady did best in providing the best help and fulfilled everything asked for regarding what type of car I needed and made sure I can walk out with a vehicle.
