My complaint is with regard to maintenance and service. The service itself is fine. However, the pricing on services is never transparent and has always been higher at checkout than it is listed online or The service itself is fine. However, the pricing on services is never transparent and has always been higher at checkout than it is listed online or quoted, particularly routine maintenance. When I ask why, it is a different reason every time. Sometimes it is due to a “shop charge” (which they won’t put on the receipt). Sometimes it is because “those prices online are out of date”. And no, it is not because I had things that popped up needing to be fixed. This happened to me even when everything on my car passed and looked great. I have come here many times for regular maintenance, but I think that I am done. I do not feel like this dealership does honest business. More
