Gene Messer Toyota Service Department takes great care of their customers! I have taken my Prius to them for over 10 years. They keep you informed + let you know if they discover additional problems. Today, while awaiting the 16 point Inspection, I recevied a text message with a video moving over my car's underside + detailing all the points. From the oil change- 'no problems', to the rear brakes 'probably needing work in 5000 miles'. Everyone is courteous + helpful. I will always take my car to them as needed. More

I ton my car in for a check engine light. When they told me what the problem was I explained that the radiator was previously replaced by an auto body shop because I hit a deer over a year ag When they told me what the problem was I explained that the radiator was previously replaced by an auto body shop because I hit a deer over a year ago and asked if it wasn’t just a loose hose connection and I got no response just an estimate for the repair. $1665 which is astronomical. I won’t buy or use Toyota ever again. this is ridiculous! More

Super easy to book appointment online and the service providers where super professional and kind. Was able to get in and out, I defiantly recommend going on a Monday when it is less busy. Was in and out within an hour and a half, and that is with them replacing my brake pads and oil. More
