He was pleasant and efficient and programmed the many computer options into our vehicle. Today he followed up with a phone call to answer any questions or resolve any issues of which we had none. The business agent, Michael Coelho was also incredible. It took him about 30 minutes to finish all the paperwork for insurance and title and was also exceptionally pleasant. I told myself walk away if you don't like the price and the car features you want. The salesmen Brady and Russell were persistent but courteous. They wanted to win my business, they were willing to work with me and make me happy on features and price. Finally I got what I wanted; besides those features like power tailgate, keyless entry, lane departure sensing features, leather, power driver seat, Apple CarPlay pairing with my iPhone so I can navigate my car to places and listen to music stored in my DropBox. I also request darker tint and visor to be installed on my driver window. I love my new car. The console design is much better than any car I have driven before. I highly recommend CR-V EX-L. Although price is high, but they are willing to work with your asking price. - JC More
