We purchased a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek, this was our second new vehicle purchase within the past 2 years. We had the same salesperson Brad Glerup, he was outstanding - top notch. He alone gets 5 stars. He is personable, easy going, and made all of the initial car selecting stuff an easy and stress free. However, the remainder of the transaction was less than desirable. We had a trade in, a leased Ford vehicle. We included the final 2 payments and disposition fee with our amount that was due at signing. To get to the point, after being sent a bill by Ford for the final two payments and the disposition fee (that was less than what we were asked to provide by Subaru and was never refunded the difference) along with a phone call by Ford Credit inquiring about the money that was owed to them. Well, after 3 phone calls to the finance department at Utica Subaru getting nowhere and no help we made one final call that thankfully was answered by a lady willing to help resolve the issue. The vehicles are great, Brad was great, even the delivery specialist gentleman was outstanding! Unfortunately, the finance department is not at all in the same league as the other departments. More
