Ablsoultely Client Focus! I live in north metro and was attending a conference on the south end of town. In a panic late on a Friday afternoon I contacted Luther for assistanc I live in north metro and was attending a conference on the south end of town. In a panic late on a Friday afternoon I contacted Luther for assistance (I thought possible a hose was broke or the radiator was busted). The Service professional calmed me down, gave me a number for a tow, if needed and told me who to ask for once I arrived after 5:00 p.m. I was only 3 miles away at the Hilton was able to drive to Luther Bloomington. They immediately took my car in, did a full inspection, and washed my car. No work was required, thank god! However, they did advise me of what is needed soon and was prepared to complete that work. I so appreciated their client service focus. It wasn't about just the car it was also about me the customer. My experience with Acura has been great - they make excellent cars when cared for will give you great performance always. The dealerships are professional and the Best! Luther Bloomington - you are a Life Saver and most importantly, you left me feeling totally confident about your commitment to your client and service. Thank you. More

Turned a bad situation good! We were just starting our 6+ hour drive home from vacation when the car started shaking and the check engine light started flashing. We were able to l We were just starting our 6+ hour drive home from vacation when the car started shaking and the check engine light started flashing. We were able to limp it to the nearest dealership which happened to be Luther Bloomington Subaru. Brandal, the service manager, was able to fit us in for a diagnosis right away. They found the issue and replaced the part within two hours. Brandal was easy to deal with and got us back on the road quickly. He even recommended a great pizza place! I cannot stress how great this place is to deal with. I wish this dealership (and attitude) was in Marquette, Mi. More

Great service Took my car in 2 times, first time because I had an airbag light on. They not only investigated the air bag light, but threw in routine service stuff Took my car in 2 times, first time because I had an airbag light on. They not only investigated the air bag light, but threw in routine service stuff which I had booked for 3 weeks later. Brought my car in for other issues found during the first appointment, and was told it would be ready the next day, so I took a loaner. I had forgotten my apartment keys were on the same keychain as my car keys. So I frantically drove back to the dealership to get them. I found out my car was actually finished and got my car back, not just my apartment keys. More

Alternator Issue Had to get in appointment and replace and alternator...was quick and easy, was out of the in about an hour and was able to enjoy the rest my weekend!!
