My third vehicle from Jim O'Neal Ford Today I bought a new Ford Escape from Jim O'Neal Ford. I had 2 vehicles to trade in, both of which I had bought there, a 2009 Fusion and my trusty 20 Today I bought a new Ford Escape from Jim O'Neal Ford. I had 2 vehicles to trade in, both of which I had bought there, a 2009 Fusion and my trusty 2002 F150. My salesman was Rich Mason and we discovered that I had bought my Fusion from Rich almost 10 years ago. And I'm sure I would have said the same thing about Rich 10 years ago that I'll say again today. It was a pleasure dealing with Rich in particular and Jim O'Neal Ford in general. Not a trace of any horror stories that we've all heard about the car sales business for, well forever. It was very straightforward and honest and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. This might be my last car as I'll be 65 soon. But if I do buy another car it will be a Ford and it will come from Jim O'Neal. Thank you Rich, and Jim O'Neal Ford. More

Very patient with my indecisiveness and I did not feel at all pressured to buy. I think I could have left that dealership without buying a vehicle and he would have still been friendly and professional. I did not feel stressed nor anxious as I have in the past when purchasing vehicles. I was able to negotiate a lower price without made to feel unreasonable and ignorant in car buying. These qualities are not usually found at any car dealership and significantly impacted my decision to purchase a vehicle here. The end result was a win-win situation for myself and the car dealership! The finance guy, Branden Milby, was friendly and easy to deal with. He was straightforward, knowledgeable and did not try to push me to purchase extra stuff that I did not need. He explained all paperwork I signed and answered all my questions satisfactorily. I am very appreciative of how easy this car buying experience was. Thanks Jim O'Neal Ford for employing awesome people to make my car buying experience smooth and painless!
