2017 Ford Fiesta ST - Finally A Vehicle FOR ME! This 2017 Ford Fiesta ST was found online at CarGurus. Immediately after sending a request for information I was contacted by Corey and then provided This 2017 Ford Fiesta ST was found online at CarGurus. Immediately after sending a request for information I was contacted by Corey and then provided a very detailed and informative video of the entire vehicle, without even asking, within the first 24 hours. As the dealership is nearly 90 miles from my home there were several emails sent with questions and concerns and each email was responded to by Corey with my questions and concerns answered. He actually read the emails and answered all of my questions very quickly unlike several other dealerships throughout the country that send "canned" email after "canned" email with no personal touch and usually no answers. After 2 weeks of electronic discussion; telephone calls were finally made and the professionalism and help that I received from Corey was again, second to none. An appointment was set and the vehicle was held for me to have the opportunity to view in person. The trek was made to southern Indiana and to my surprise the vehicle looked just as good, if not better, than the pictures on line or the video provided. I was more than pleasantly surprised as Corey had described in emails and shown in the video; everything perfectly! After the test drive, speaking with Corey and working through some trying moments (due only to the coronavirus situation) with the finance manager Branden, who was also extremely professional and helpful, I knew this vehicle was going to be mine. Working with both Corey and Branden and dealing with the coronavirus situation will make this a vehicle purchase that I will not soon forget! Never before have I read and signed paperwork, discussed financing with my financial institution all out of the back of my own vehicle while talking to the finance manager and salesperson, both with face masks, and finally providing checks to the dealership all outside in the parking lot! Would I recommend this dealership, without a doubt; would I recommend Corey as a salesperson to work with and Branden as the person to handle the financing side of things; definitely! This vehicle purchasing experience will go down as one of my most memorable and enjoyable from start to finish and was for a vehicle that I did not need but wanted for myself! Now that I have had a chance to drive this vehicle for a few days, it puts a smile on my face every time I get behind the wheel! The overwhelming positive reviews for this specific trim level of this particular vehicle, both from a very close family member and the online professionals, is spot on! For the money, I do not believe that there is another vehicle with this much "fun factor" and power that is disguised so well and catches everyone off guard when you pull up next to them or better yet when they cannot pull away from you easily while trying so hard to do so! The Ford Fiesta ST is a hidden gem! Thank you Jim O'Neal Ford! More
