I came in with Challenged credit looking to purchase a new Ford Fusion, I was originally denied by Ford Motor Credit, but the team @ Jim O’Neal pulled together, even the owner pulled together & called For new Ford Fusion, I was originally denied by Ford Motor Credit, but the team @ Jim O’Neal pulled together, even the owner pulled together & called Ford Motor Credit on my behalf & not only got me approved but for the car I wanted. The whole time I couldn’t have felt more appreciated as a customer if I had walked in with cash & paid in full. I really appreciate how great I was treated & how caring & nice everyone was even the staff that I didn’t work with. More
