Guy listened to what I needed and found the perfect vehicle, never any pressure and always tuned in to what I was asking for. Todd went above and beyond, making multiple calls to the lender I wanted to use who had initially said “we can’t do it”—first he got them to buy in, them more calls to tweak details and get me exactly where I asked to be financially...just wow. And at my signing, Branden who was personable and friendly, stopped a story mid-sentence because he had discovered a way to lower my payments another $5 a month! TOP NOTCH. Any one of the three could have treated me like “just another customer”, but all three made me feel like I was talking to a neighbor, like I was the most important customer. More

We never once felt pressured and if she didn't know an answer to a question we asked, she was honest and asked someone who did. She was overall very knowledgeable though and willing to let us test drive as many trucks as we needed until we found "our truck". Like I said - no rush.. no pressure .. she just genuinely wanted to help us find exactly what we wanted. And we did. Highly recommend her. The process with the paperwork and financing went smoothly as well. We have always dreaded the process of buying a new car/truck because it is generally so exhausting & stressful. This wasn't at all. We were pleased with the whole experience. More
