I brought my 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee in for overheating. They tested it on Friday and Saturday, topped it off with coolant and gave me a great rental car during down days - but after testing said that the They tested it on Friday and Saturday, topped it off with coolant and gave me a great rental car during down days - but after testing said that the car was simply just low on coolant… after expressing my concerns of a potential leak they tested it again and reassured no issues other than just low on coolant. I drove it home and the next day, and again - It is leaking coolant. While I greatly appreciate their efforts, The original issue was not fixed. Customer service was great. Communication was great and accommodation was great, but the main issue was to fix my car and unfortunately that just was not done. More

I have had a lot of issues at Melton mainly with the service department. My first oil change they did not put the oil plug back on all the way and I lost 2 1/2 quarts of oil. So 50% of my oil capacity, service department. My first oil change they did not put the oil plug back on all the way and I lost 2 1/2 quarts of oil. So 50% of my oil capacity, this was when my Gladiator had 500 miles on it. They gave me an extended powertrain warranty but now with 22,000 miles on it the vehicles ticks and knocks like crazy during start up. The next time I brought my Gladiator in I had about 1,000 miles on it and was having an issue in the sun with visibility because of all the bubbles in the windshield. The service department told me it was normal but if it cracked I have a 2 year warranty. Fast forward 1 year it was cold and was warming up my Gladiator in my driveway and turned on defroster and one of the bubbles in the glass caused it to crack. I called Melton and the lady I talked to said they would get it covered so I made an appointment took a vacation day and upon walking into the dealership the lady at the counter told me they would not warranty it and made it a point to put on my open case to stellantis that it was over 12 months old and even though it was a windshield defect her recommendation was not to cover it even though there was not rock chip or pitting. The service lady was Totally rude about the whole deal. I wanted them to replace my Gladiator after there service department almost ran it out of oil while I was driving it but that was a no go. So now I am going to have to deal with engine repairs and a broken windshield that cost over $1,500 to replace. If they want to make it right they would get me out of this one for a new one but guessing that wont happen without a huge loss on me. If they reach out to me to make it right I will update this review otherwise I highly recommend steering way clear of this dealership!! More

My very high expectations where definitely disappointed. Bought a Jeep Wrangler and had none stop problems from the beginning. (No guarantee that would fix it). Took me 10 minutes to do it and was not the problem. So much for your 12 year mechanics knowledge. That was my breaking point. Never buying at Meltons again. More
