Service at Palestine Toyota always lasts longer than any dealership I’ve ever used but this last appointment was ridiculous. Brakes all around, brake fluid flush & a tire rotation. My appointment was at 11a dealership I’ve ever used but this last appointment was ridiculous. Brakes all around, brake fluid flush & a tire rotation. My appointment was at 11am, I arrived 10 minutes early. Estimated completion time was 3 hours so I had a friend pick me up for lunch. From there we wandered around an antique mall for over an hour. I had her take me back because it was close to the completion estimate. Boy was I wrong! I sat there until 4:40pm. I watched everyone that came in after me get called because their service was complete. Over 5 & 1/2 hours for my car to be done! And I didn’t even receive the courtesy car wash that used to be the norm. There was literally no one left in there waiting room when I was blindly notified my car was ready. My husband called Palestine Toyota to ask why this service took so long and was told no one was available, leave a message. That was 2 days ago. Seems like Palestine Toyota doesn’t need my business any more. Guess I’ll go be someone else’s loyal customer. More
