We've experienced other systems / processes much more capable. This took several hours. We've been used to 15 to 30 minutes to loan docs in the past. Sarah was dealing with the finance activities. The process seemed antiquated, slow and allowing for mistakes that an integrated system would have caught. The provided paperwork to go "home" was incomplete. Expected emails never came. Hard copies were incomplete. Various forms described or shown were not delivered (i.e. carfax and others). Should have been better. We still have open issues regarding maintenance perceived vs actual maintenance gaps regarding history and current requirements. Management is reviewing, as of this writing. More
