I had my car in the shop a month ago for a front driveshaft replacement and it took almost a month to fix my car then I got it last month and I was out of almost $1500 then I have only been driving driveshaft replacement and it took almost a month to fix my car then I got it last month and I was out of almost $1500 then I have only been driving my car here in Palestine to work and home but the next day when they dropped my car off to me after they so call fixed it my husband and I had to it to Dallas and we noticed something was going on then so we thought it would be the tires because they had my car almost a month. So we checked the tires pressure in them so it still had a little wobble. So on May 6 I had a DR appointment in Tyler so I had to pick my kids up early from school on our way going it got worse with the shaking. They on our way home I didn’t think we was going to make it my kids was panicking and saying mama I thought they fix your car and it was doing any of the shaking and stuff at all. My car felt like it needed new tires and a wheel alignment I’m so disappointed in Palestine Toyota. I contacted them the next morning about my car and now I’m without my car once again they are trying to tell me that I did my car like that which I know I did. So they also said that they don’t know if they did it to my car I feel like they need to fix my car right. He gave me a price on what it is going to cost to fix my car $1300 and some change I don’t have that type of money I didn’t it the first time because I had received my income tax money that a lot of money to go to waste and I’m back to square one with no car. I so aggravated.and I will be letting people know not to take their business there. Sonya Faulk More

We've experienced other systems / processes much more capable. This took several hours. We've been used to 15 to 30 minutes to loan docs in the past. Sarah was dealing with the finance activities. The process seemed antiquated, slow and allowing for mistakes that an integrated system would have caught. The provided paperwork to go "home" was incomplete. Expected emails never came. Hard copies were incomplete. Various forms described or shown were not delivered (i.e. carfax and others). Should have been better. We still have open issues regarding maintenance perceived vs actual maintenance gaps regarding history and current requirements. Management is reviewing, as of this writing. More
