Consistent Quality This was the third time Five Star had worked on my car. Each previous two trips would also deserve an "excellent" review. This trip I arrived early in the morning and without an appointment for an oil change. The service representative (Brandon) met me, provided an estimated time frame, and kept me updated throughout the morning about my vehicle's status. While changing my oil, the service tech discovered one tire had a nail. Five Star patched the hole at a very reasonable cost. Five Star did not try to "upsell" me at every step - an annoyance that has become commonplace at too many dealerships. Everyone at Five Star was courteous, efficient, and considerate of my time. More

Mustang Boss 302 I had my Boss 302 towed to Five Star and Brandon Waller treated me like family. I was so happy that he kept me informed and updated throughout the pro I had my Boss 302 towed to Five Star and Brandon Waller treated me like family. I was so happy that he kept me informed and updated throughout the process of the repair. He told me exactly what to expect and confirmed everything with me prior to repair/ service. When I finally met him we were both happy to see each other and from all the phone conversations I wanted to sit and talk all day. Thanks again Brandon More

Great Service! Great Customer Service!! Here at the North Richland Hills 5 Star Ford Service Center I never feel that way. The staff always explains the problems and gives me several options.... Worse case and best case scenarios. Will continue to use this service center! More

I came i As a retail mgr I know how customers should be treated. My experience today at Five Star Ford Service dept was the best I have ever received. I came in for an autobutler application and oil change. Brandon even went out of his way to have my spare checked as I recently had a scare and had never taken it out in the 3 yrs I've owned my vehicle. This was the fastest turn around time for an application and oil change I've ever had. My only issue for not giving a 5 Star rating was the 15 min I had to wait this morning for someone to acknowledge I had driven up. More
