This trip I arrived early in the morning and without an appointment for an oil change. The service representative (Brandon) met me, provided an estimated time frame, and kept me updated throughout the morning about my vehicle's status. While changing my oil, the service tech discovered one tire had a nail. Five Star patched the hole at a very reasonable cost. Five Star did not try to "upsell" me at every step - an annoyance that has become commonplace at too many dealerships. Everyone at Five Star was courteous, efficient, and considerate of my time. More

Here at the North Richland Hills 5 Star Ford Service Center I never feel that way. The staff always explains the problems and gives me several options.... Worse case and best case scenarios. I came i As a retail mgr I know how customers should be treated. My experience today at Five Star Ford Service dept was the best I have ever received. I came in for an autobutler application and oil change. Brandon even went out of his way to have my spare checked as I recently had a scare and had never taken it out in the 3 yrs I've owned my vehicle. This was the fastest turn around time for an application and oil change I've ever had. My only issue for not giving a 5 Star rating was the 15 min I had to wait this morning for someone to acknowledge I had driven up. More
