Brandon was great, but I had to drive back to Toyota in Tampa from Wesley chapel due to my AC making a weird sound. Which wasn't happening before service. I also found a long plastic piece of the inner hood siding inside melted due to exhaust melting it. They think the mechanic tech might have left it inside. Also found a air freshener that got inside the cabin filter area which was causing the loud noise in the AC. Not sure how that happened either. Did not get any apologies or any coupons for the inconvenience of having to make a second drive back. More

Recent two visits 2 separate cars and a new Service advisor to me but he's been at TOTB 10 + yrs. It was a pleasure working with Brandon A. today. Extremely knowledgeable and professional with both his advisor to me but he's been at TOTB 10 + yrs. It was a pleasure working with Brandon A. today. During my time here noticed several other staff speaking with him as apparently a popular go to by many. I also gathered he has a positive rapport with the technician folks in the back. Both of these made me comfortable being assigned to him and I will ask to remain with him in the future. I have been with this location over 20 yrs so on the particular side and have to say when time comes around to take in one of my cars, it's almost always a comfortable experience.
