First time at Nissan. Very poor customer service. Brandon was rude & disrespectful, raising his voice if you did not answer his questions soon enough. Brandon ordered me to move my car down the service line was rude & disrespectful, raising his voice if you did not answer his questions soon enough. Brandon ordered me to move my car down the service line after I had already parked, gathered my items and walked to the waiting area. (when I pulled in to the service lane there were several cars in front of me already parked). Other employees would not give out his name claiming that Brandon "was just having a bad day". I had to look up the staff on the Hart Nissan website in order to find out who Brandon was. Will not be back. I do not recommend for anyone. Customer service sucks xxx. If your are having that bad of a day, go home Brandon. More

Hello, I would like to give a shout out to Brandon that works in the Service Department. I have been back and forth to your Nissan, its seems like every month for issues with my new car that I purchased la works in the Service Department. I have been back and forth to your Nissan, its seems like every month for issues with my new car that I purchased last year. But, every time that my car gets services, I am glad that it is Brandon helping me. He keeps you updated on the progress of your car. I am writing this because I brought my car in on Monday, August 31st. I didn’t know that y’all stop taking service appointments at 4 because the website said something else. Brandon was kind of enough to check to see if my car could get service that day and to make sure that y’all had the part on hand to service my car. Then, he told me that he wasn’t going to leave until my car was done. When my car with done he made sure I got to my car safely and on top of that it was in the rain. I have had one other service person help me during this past year of having my car, but Brandon has gone above and beyond to make sure the people he help is taken care of. I have been there so many times he knows me by name. He is a great asset to y’all company. More

I recommend shopping at Hart Nissan over other Nissan dealerships in the area. They are upfront and honest in the dealing and very thorough when it comes to making sure you get the most bang for your buc dealerships in the area. We have purchased our last 4 vehicles from them and just got our 2020 Ttan with help from Wil. The guys in the service department are friendly and go above and beyond finding me upgrades that fit and ensuring that we have the correct part before ordering. I definitely will continue to do business with them! More

I went in for an oil change and came out with a new car I came in for an oil change and my service provider was very informative and pleasant. After waiting the amount of time he quoted me i then was called I came in for an oil change and my service provider was very informative and pleasant. After waiting the amount of time he quoted me i then was called by the manager to let me know he could get me into an upgraded 2019 rogue. The salesman helped me pick out what i wanted and explained all the upgrades and new features. The wait was worth it. I am more happy with this vehicle then the one i got 1 1/2 years ago. It’s been a long trying year so Thank you Hart Nissan for making the closing of my year well deserved! More
