Received an email response from Brittany Martin within minutes, appointment was set up and was told to meet with Brendon Bisignano. Came into the dealership and Steve Taylor was quick to help me. He ended up being the sales consultant I worked with to identify a Prius Prime that would meet my needs. He took the time to show me two models (Plus and Premium) and then helped me to determine price and financing. He worked with me in helping bring up the value of my trade-in and to work with the dealer's finance team to find the best loan with the most attractive terms and budget that I needed to maintain. all-in-all, a very positive experience. I hope to go back to Galaxy when it's time to buy another Prius as well as when my wife is in needed of a replacement vehicle to an existing lease which will be ending as of 4/28/19. Since then we've bought an Avalon, a Camry and this time a leased 2018 Camry. We worked with Nick Criscuolo for our 2014 Camry; we had high praise for him last time and we are equally pleased with him this time. Nick took time with us;we never got the feeling we were being pushed into some feature we didn't need. We give him 10 Stars. This is our first experience with Steve; he is friendly and explained each of the "zillion" papers that had to be signed by my wife and I. We also give Steve 10 stars. And having bought 5 Honda seriously check this dealership out anyway just to see an honest car dealership (no, not kidding), I ended up not going Honda a sixth time and my wife who hates every car dealer she's ever met except for one) she really liked the staff here. . Do yourself a favor and go to Galaxy before you buy - you will see a difference (and if you've been to a couple of other dealers before you'll REALLY see a difference.) . Brandon and the internet sales department at Galaxy restored my believer that not all dealerships are sleazy game playing money grabbers like the two dealerships I went to earlier. NOTE - The following is my experience at other dealerships, not Galaxy Toyota....After going thru a horrible experience the previous week at one dealer, and then earlier that week at the largest Toyota dealership in the area I was angry and frustrated--the second dealership's internet manager guaranteed the cars.com price over the phone, we went there that evening and they raised the price $895 on us and then told me the cars.com price wasn't the real price and then they accused me of lying when I gave a play-by-play of my discussions with them earlier that day. Then to get the promised price the games began... after the "I'll go talk to my manager with your price, please wait 45 minute game" they returned saying my best price was $895 over the cars.com price..we walked out very angry and ready to drive out of state to find an honest dealer who didn't want to screw me over. . I called Galaxy the next day about a listing they'd just posted and asked several times if their cars.com price was the actual price (plus taxes, doc fees, etc). I was told that it was so I decided to give it a try as they were only a half hours drive. When we went to Galaxy Toyota that evening they really sold us the SUV for the advertised price on cars.com with no games, no tricks, no let me go talk to the manager and have you wait uncomfortably. Patrick in finance was honest and helpful - no pressure at all, advice your friend would give you, truly the nicest guy I've ever met in the back room. It was late after we signed the paperwork, but our salesman Brandon stayed a half hour after closing time with us, setting up the bluetooth for each of our cell phones and then teaching us how to use the Nav, touch screen, voice commands, traction control, and other electronics. More

All those involved did a great job, and Brandon in particular was outstanding in answering all my questions and making sure everything went smoothly. This is the second Camry I've bought at Galaxy Toyota, with the previous one being from 2007, It was a great experience then too, and that's one of the reasons I came back to Galaxy when it was time to trade in for the 2017 Camry (I wanted the latest technology - other than that the old Camry still ran well and had many years and miles ahead of it). Anyway, when it's time for my next car, you can count on my returning to Galaxy Toyota. More
