Reneg on "Disbursement Fee Wavier" In August 2018, I purchased a new 2018 Toyota Camry XLE from salesman Nick Criscoulo. At that time I turned in a leased 2015 Lexus ES 350. In the te In August 2018, I purchased a new 2018 Toyota Camry XLE from salesman Nick Criscoulo. At that time I turned in a leased 2015 Lexus ES 350. In the terms of our agreement the "Disbursement Fee" of $374.06 would be paid to Toyota Motor Credit Corp. by Galaxy Toyota. 60 days later I received a Collection Alert that this fee was not paid by Galaxy Toyota. I then contacted Matt Mulvey-Leases for Galaxy and he advised that he would contact the rep. in Arizona and take care of this. 11 months have elapsed and I have now received an additional Collection Alert from Constar Financial claiming the Disbursement Fee was not paid. Calls placed to Toyota Motor Credit exposed that in fact Galaxy Toyota did not prepare a "Disbursement Wavier Form" and in fact is not a bonifide Toyota dealer. A personal letter was then sent to Galaxy Toyota owner Robert Giasulli on July 23, 2019 with NO RESPONSE. Ultimately I was forced to pay the disbursement fee for fear of credit rating reprisals. Salesman Nick Criscoulo and Lease Officer Matt Mulvey have both lied to me to keep deal in place and Owner Robert Giasulli did not have the decency to reply at all. Without question this dealership along with the individuals mentioned are IRRESPONSIBLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY, AND ABOVE ALL DISHONEST. Note: This was a same day cash transaction! And please Brandon Bisignano, no need to reply. I have not received a check for $374.06. More

This specific dealer needs to be investigated by the States Attorney General for these unethical practices. BUYERS BEWARE! Beware of their corrupt financing as well. They want you to finance through them so they can make money on the back end, Don't trust these crooks and ask questions about fees before you go and you will see what I mean. More

No pressure transaction Initiated a request for pricing on a 2018 Prius Prime. Received an email response from Brittany Martin within minutes, appointment was set up and was told to meet with Brendon Bisignano. Came into the dealership and Steve Taylor was quick to help me. He ended up being the sales consultant I worked with to identify a Prius Prime that would meet my needs. He took the time to show me two models (Plus and Premium) and then helped me to determine price and financing. He worked with me in helping bring up the value of my trade-in and to work with the dealer's finance team to find the best loan with the most attractive terms and budget that I needed to maintain. all-in-all, a very positive experience. I hope to go back to Galaxy when it's time to buy another Prius as well as when my wife is in needed of a replacement vehicle to an existing lease which will be ending as of 4/28/19.
