I'm 61. I've been to many many dealerships in that time. Wayne Akers is by far the worst. I can write a book about the 5 1/2 hours I spent there for a 2 hou I've been to many many dealerships in that time. Wayne Akers is by far the worst. I can write a book about the 5 1/2 hours I spent there for a 2 hour service appointment. but I'll just leave it at that. I wouldn't go back there if they were the only option to fix my vehicle. UNBELIEVABLY BAD EXPERIENCE. I would like to mention their stellar parts dept though. More
