WOW!! My wife and I had an excellent experience from the moment we walked in. This was on a holiday weekend and it was very busy. We took our time browsing My wife and I had an excellent experience from the moment we walked in. This was on a holiday weekend and it was very busy. We took our time browsing the lot and then went inside. We were greeted immediately and put on a waiting list. We waited about 10 min and during that time we were approached by a manager who welcomed us and got us a beverage.. Brandon Brabec was our sales agent and he could not have been more personable and easy going. Brandon took us out on a few test drives and then gave us a tour of the facility. He was professional and kind with a good sense of humor. He gave us ample time to talk and there was no pressure whatsoever. When all the paperwork was signed he walked us to the car for a final check. He had us look over the car inside and out. Brandon even had the head porter come out to address something minor on the car. He took care to make sure all of our questions were answered and our needs were met. He was genuinely kind to everyone he interacted with during our time there, not just my wife and I.Hopefully Valley Honda realizes what they have there...I could see Brandon running a dealership someday!!! Also, I have to say that Roberto (porter) and our finance person were kind as well. My wife and I overall were extremely pleased. This is our 9th car that we have purchased and we have never seen anything come remotely close to the customer service that we experienced at Valley Honda.
