Superb service from a superb salesman! My wife and I planned to buy a new used car at Valley Honda. We found a good deal online and decided to check out the vehicle (a 2015 Honda Pilot). We My wife and I planned to buy a new used car at Valley Honda. We found a good deal online and decided to check out the vehicle (a 2015 Honda Pilot). We got paired with Brandon and he started the process of letting us know about the car. My wife did the initial reaching out online while I was at work. Brandon was super nice and even made a personalized video showing the actual car that we were interested in buying. I had to work late, so we weren't sure if the car would still be there after 7pm. My wife reached out to Brandon and he assured us that it was still there. He put in extra effort to accommodate my wife and I, and our 2 little kids that we had to bring along too. Once we got there he made sure we were very comfortable and even helped us get our kids comfortable too. The whole process took a few hours (which is normal), but Brandon made sure to keep us updated on the status of everything and helped ease the whole process. He was awesome! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy from Valley Honda. We have been driving the vehicle for a few weeks now and we love it! It is my wife's primary car and she can't stop talking about it. We are very happy with our experience and our purchase. Thanks Brandon, you rock! More

Great buying experience I just purchased my 5th new Honda, and 2nd from Valley Honda. I worked with Brandon and had such a great experience. Brandon was very patient with me I just purchased my 5th new Honda, and 2nd from Valley Honda. I worked with Brandon and had such a great experience. Brandon was very patient with me and answered all 527 questions I had during the process. I stopped in the dealership multiple times to look at cars, colors, options etc. And chatted with Brandon each time. I preferred to do my back and forth on pricing all over email so I could refer back if needed, as well as have time to think through the numbers. I'm sure I was a huge pain to Brandon but he never made me feel that way. Thanks Brandon for another exception Valley Honda experience. More

2018 Pilot I started off making an online inquiry about a e-price on the 2018 Pilot. Brandon called me back immediately and followed up with an email and text w I started off making an online inquiry about a e-price on the 2018 Pilot. Brandon called me back immediately and followed up with an email and text with the pricing. I was about 2 weeks away from being serious about buying and relayed that to him. He sent a couple “check-in” emails and when I was ready I let him know the date and time I would be in. He greeted me and we got right into what I wanted and how I wanted to get there. He let me dictate th process and was constantly asking questions to fully understand my needs. We came to an agreement on price/trade and the deal was finalized. He was there the whole time and responded quickly to every question or concern. He saw me off at the end of the transaction and thanked me for my business. He has since followed up twice with phone calls to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle and to see if I had any questions. Professional, energetic and knowledgeable. I would recommend doing business with him. More

Easiest Car Purchase Ever! I always dreaded going to a car dealership to purchase a new vehicle, and often hissed at the sales team when being approached. It’s just always been such a stressful experience. My experience at Valley Honda, however, could not have gone any better. I highly recommend Brandon Brabec as a salesperson! Highly! He was very accommodating to me and my 4 year old, he recommended cars that were within my price range, and made the whole transaction (start to finish) very easy and non-stressful. His sales manager also made us feel taken care of and appreciated. Overall, best purchase experience I’ve had, and will absolutely recommend this dealer to friends and family. More

Honest, Hardworker, and Friendly! I went into Honda turning in my leased car and was looking for the best options for another vehicle. I worked with Brandon with my last lease and was fortunate enough to work with him again. I let him know what type of vehicle I was looking for and also told him what my price range was. He listened, and looked for the best options within my parameters. He worked hard on making sure that I left with a vehicle that I liked as well as a price that I had discussed with him in the beginning of our conversation. I appreciate his honesty, his friendly demeanor, and his hard work in helping me find a vehicle that I love driving! I hope to work with him in the future! More

One of the lowest-stress car purchases I've ever experienced I should start by saying that I've purchased 15-18 cars across my adult life, so I have a LOT of experience with car dealers! Honestly, this was the l I should start by saying that I've purchased 15-18 cars across my adult life, so I have a LOT of experience with car dealers! Honestly, this was the lowest-stress negotiation I've ever had. I had been to several dealers already that week, and had walked out on some. The previous Honda dealer I had been to had been very deceptive on their website about what cars they had in stock, and having driven a long way to go see them, I was fuming that the other dealer convinced me to go for a car they didn't even have, then tried to get me to settle for a more-expensive bait-and-switch higher model. So, while I was sitting at the other salesman's desk, I called Valley Honda. They immediately checked stock, told me they had the car I was looking for, gave me an internet price on it, said they would hold it until I got there, and I headed straight to Valley Honda. I was greeted very courteously by salesman Brandon Brabec, who was extremely personable, honest, and didn't play games. It was truly great to work with him. He took a lot of time with me, and was very accommodating. He did not come off as a "typical" salesman at all! I would go back to him any day. Look him up when you go here. Once I had the car picked out and negotiated for, they sent me to the Finance Manager, Randall Rosen. My experience with this part of the sales process has always been a nightmare in the past, and so I braced for conflict. Instead, I found Randall to be incredible to work with. He's extremely honest, genuinely seemed to care about my concerns, and was very patient in laying out for me the options for purchasing or leasing. (I had never leased a car before.) His integrity was abundantly obvious, he has a good sense of humor, and he put me completely at ease. I have never been more comfortable when signing sales documents...ever. I do NOT give compliments to the finance guys, normally, so this is saying a lot... Both Brandon and Randall have contacted me during this week since I bought the car to inquire about how things are going with it. I took it back in for a minor adjustment, and both of them greeted me warmly. I would recommend them very highly, and very strongly recommend this dealership. More
