We had a Friends and Family code and as such looked at an Explorer or Escape. We wanted the Escape but it had over $4,000.00 “added value” costs. I didn’t want those but they said they were already on the ca Explorer or Escape. We wanted the Escape but it had over $4,000.00 “added value” costs. I didn’t want those but they said they were already on the car. I said that was a deal breaker and the sales manager Susie he was able to give some a local discount of $2,000.00. It was somewhat insulting and I felt deceptive. My wife liked the car so we got it. I later saw on the MSRO sticker those were negotiable. I am disappointed in the way they did things. I later went back and they did refund the prepaid service plan. They didn’t go over the car with us and when I went back asking about the lug nut wrench the salesman (Levi) and service didn’t know where it was. I found out where it was on You Tube. We still don’t have a second FOB. Travis called us in xxU but other than that it seems like once we drive off the lot then interest was gone. Just disappointed in the overall experience. More

From the moment I walked in, Jay Thomas was on me like a bird dog chasing pheasant on a fall morning. In fact, he was very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs and expectations. I have been shopping at the other guys, and I know he knew his stuff & was willing even letting me talk, he listened very carefully to what I was looking for in a truck and never deviated from exactly what I wanted.
