What should have been a straightforward transaction clearly became far more complicated than it needed to be, and we understand how disappointing it is to feel that you had to drive every step of the process yourself. The delays, incorrect information regarding the buyout procedure, missed follow-ups, and difficulty reaching the appropriate decision-makers do not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. We especially regret that your concerns were not addressed promptly after you voiced them on multiple occasions. A customer should never feel that ownership of an issue is being passed from person to person without resolution. Your feedback regarding communication, accountability, and leadership involvement is being taken seriously and will be reviewed with our management team. We would also like to recognize Jamael for his efforts on your behalf. We appreciate you highlighting the level of care and initiative he demonstrated during an otherwise disappointing experience. While we are glad your buyout was ultimately completed, we understand that the process left you with a negative impression of our dealership.
