Very dissatisfied after purchasing a used vehicle from Portsmouth Chevrolet. I spent a lot of time on the phone and on the road trying to get issues resolved. This dealership is part of Key Auto Group whe Portsmouth Chevrolet. I spent a lot of time on the phone and on the road trying to get issues resolved. This dealership is part of Key Auto Group where customer service is supposed to quality. After purchasing another vehicle from a different Key dealership, it is apparent Portsmouth Chevrolet has issues. Finance took advantage by financing through a bank with a high interest rate. Credit score is top tier. When I brought this light, I was told I could just refinance. All issues I encountered were with sales, the service department was great to work with and very transparent. I will not be recommending anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More

Excellent service! Jenna greeted me as I drove my car in the service area and even though I was early, they started right away. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I was watching and listening and every one of your service people were so polite to their customers that were checking out and took the time to explain the bill and answer questions. Same when it was my turn!!! The next part of the survey leaves a lot to be desired - I don’t know who the sales manager is or the finance manager or anyone but Jenna and Will from the service area so…….to get out of this survey I will just enter the first name on the list!
