Scheduled a test drive, received a confirmation call from the dealership the day before. Flew over 1000 miles to DFW and visited the dealership at my scheduled appointment time. The sales person stated he the dealership the day before. Flew over 1000 miles to DFW and visited the dealership at my scheduled appointment time. The sales person stated he needed to go "speak to his manager and pull the vehicle around." He returned saying that the vehicle had been sold. I made it clear I was traveling to check out this vehicle and was not offered any opportunity to lock it in or otherwise ensure the vehicle would be available. This was a wasted trip and I am unable to convey how frustrating this situation is. Recommend looking elsewhere. More

This stealership is one you should avoid. They advertise lowball prices and then bait and switch you with fees. Looked at a truck advertised at $46,000 and was going to drive 5 hours there with a check to lowball prices and then bait and switch you with fees. Fortunately at the last minute asked a few more questions and found that they had almost $8000 of unpublished fees tacked on. When asked about the advertised price, was told that's their wholesale price and they don't sell wholesale. It was obvious the salesman has to handle this kind of objection often, so their policy is to just continue to lie to the public and occasionally shove these usurious numbers down some unsuspecting fools throat. I asked to speak to the general manager, and was told he would call me back. He never did. Why would he? They know what they're doing and a sucker is born every minute. And Doug O. if you respond to this, don't you get tired of doing that? All these negative reviews that you sincerely apologize for. Do you understand what being sincerely apologetic means? If you're sincere then you would take steps to make changes or correct the actions. Why call one of your managers to discuss this? Do you know what they will say? The same xx justification. Justifying your manipulation is NOT being sincerely apologetic. If you're a business manager why not change your business model. Don't parrot your fine print about how you price things at acquisition when you know xxxx good and well you're going to be adding thousands of dollars in screw fees. Surely somewhere in your organization there's an analyst who can show you that if you just built that in upfront, people wouldn't be ripping you about how you really don't do any reconditioning. Maybe, your people could sign up for some ethics classes at the local community college. Do better. Be better. More

This dealership wants to make you buy warranty things of over $2500 to add to the price of the vehicle. They will not accept no for an answer. They have perfected being scams with this as they really try to over $2500 to add to the price of the vehicle. They will not accept no for an answer. What a terrible experience. I wanted to make a deal on a jeep, but I live out of state. Unfortunately for me, I was paired up with Brandon Cooper and he was the worst salesman I've ever worked with. My mess jeep, but I live out of state. Unfortunately for me, I was paired up with Brandon Cooper and he was the worst salesman I've ever worked with. My messages went completely ignored and when I finally had enough and complained, he was sarcastic about it and basically told me that my business didn't matter, since I was out of state. The management also did nothing and made no contact with me when I complained. I'm done with this place. More
