Brandon and Kevin made this experience truly easy and fun. They stayed late to complete the transaction and did not make me feel rushed despite the fact that it was long after closing time. For a great car buying experience Liberty Buick is it. Liberty Buick is the real deal they have a great Service Department with great people ie Jim Frith. But if you need a new car you can not do better Liberty Buick is the real deal they have a great Service Department with great people ie Jim Frith. Wonderful service. Bought an Encore with not perfect credit. Was easier than I expected. Received a good price on 2020 Encore. I would recommend this dealership. Great service just understaffed We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to look at a car that we found online. Upon arriving, the sales rep who greeted us when we parked, Brandon, verb We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to look at a car that we found online. Upon arriving, the sales rep who greeted us when we parked, Brandon, verbally directed us to the used car lot. He did not escort us or ask any questions initially. After we walked around a bit Brandon approached us in the lot and we discussed what we were looking for. We found the vehicle very quickly, took it on a test drive, and started the purchase process. That was at 3:30 pm. We already had our financing and all we needed to do was the paperwork. I did not leave the dealership until 7 pm. They only had two Finance people available, and only one person in the back detailing the cars post sale. So although Brandon was a great sales representative, he kept us updated throughout the process, offered us water and a comfortable place to sit while we waited, it was a very long and ridiculously exhausting process unnecessarily. We waited over an hour and half for a finance person and we already had our financing. Tim Johnson, the finance manager, said that he thought our transaction was a cash transaction, after we'd been in his office for about 15 minutes, and he blamed Brandon our sales rep for not being more detailed with him. I found that hard to believe when on the folder that was on his desk it clearly showed Bank of America loan. So since he said he didn't know, that added extra time to the finance process. As an HR Manager for a service Company I cringed at the tone and the blame that the sales representative received in response to this loan discussion. Mind you, Brandon was not in the room at the time, the finance manager's comments were shared with my husband and I. One more thing. After driving the car home I realized there are two chips in the windshield that were not identified initially, and the light is still on for the tire sensor indicating there's a problem with the tire pressure or the sensor. I plan to take the car back to get these things rectified. But all in all, even though they were understaffed, the quality of service we received was nice and we left with our vehicle of choice. More
