My sister (from out of town) and I were headed to my Granddaughters’ wedding when my car broke down. I thought for sure I was going to miss the most important day of her life. I called Liberty Buick a Granddaughters’ wedding when my car broke down. I thought for sure I was going to miss the most important day of her life. I called Liberty Buick and not only did they send a tow truck, but they brought us a “loaner” to drive so we could attend the wedding, I was shocked and in disbelief when they brought us a new “Encore”. We were able to attend the wedding with a few moments to spare and I was so grateful to Liberty. They allowed us to drive the loaner even after the wedding until my car was serviced. I can’t praise them enough for their customer service. After my car was fixed, they sent someone to drop it off at my house. I didn’t have to do anything; it was so effortless. Thank-You to all the service people including Colette and Justin Sgro for staying on top of this. You are truly a blessing. More

We have had several terrible experiences with the Service Advisors, Managers Lack of support on warranty items. I had to reach out to GM to have them contact dealership to have them do the work on a brand n Advisors, Managers Lack of support on warranty items. I had to reach out to GM to have them contact dealership to have them do the work on a brand new car. When requested to speak with the GM for assistance was brushed off and told he has went home for the day. Left several messages and NO RETURNED CALL as of today. More

Good, reliable service, but VERY expensive. $52 for an oil change when I being my own oil. Another GM dealership charges me only $25 with my own oil. Since the moment when we make the call to inquire for the car that we like from the dealership, we were really happy and relax that we were at the right place to purchase a car.
