I had been researching cars for weeks. I visited Royal Moore a couple times and had very good interactions with a few salesmen and test drove a few vehicles. I never felt pushed to make a decision. Ultimately I purchased from Royal Moore Toyota. Brandon English and Carlos Galindo made my car buying experience pleasant. I must also mention Christian at Royal Moore Mazda. He was also very helpful and even gave me a couple recommendations based on what I was looking for. The only thing that could have been better would have been during the financing and signing papers. I felt like there were things I was paying for that were made out to be included with the purchase but were additonal charges. I did appreciate being able to select additional warranties that I felt I would actually use, like windshield replacement because I spend alot of time on the road. More

Brandon is a great salesman who certainly takes pride in his profession. His years of dedication and experience dealing fairly with customers is very evident, and I would consider buying another vehicle fr his profession.
