Disappointing experience with my salesmen who seemed to ignore my requests. Despite several written requests and communication regarding options I wanted on vehicle I ordered, it arrived completely wron ignore my requests. He then tried to charge for the options I did not want, then attempted to add the options I wanted at a higher price. Further frustration with financing. Clearly stated I was pre-approved and would not be financing through Toyota yet he continued to push financing with me as well as. I felt insulted by the fact that he was trying to convince me that he could get my monthly payment lower with a longer term and higher interest rate…..as if I can’t do math. Was not sensitive to the monthly payment amount. I walked out on the deal. Found what I wanted for the right price and had a much better experience at Toyota of Gladstone. More

The power assist for the braking system on my 2018 Camry went out over the weekend. George and the crew worked hard to get it into the shop and repaired quickly.
