Friendly and helpful although at times knowledge was lacking from some and instead of getting correct information they tried to tell you what they thought you wanted to hear. Had to really push to get them to present the counter offer I made. Then didn't follow through on a very simple request that Stephany agreed to which was topping off the gas tank, likely $10 so not a big deal just the principal of it. Service departnmment when I spoke with them were the least helpful More

My niece suggested Martin Honda. I started on the internet. That started a two-day process. We met Brandon and discussed what we wanted, and it was not available. Brandon spoke wit I started on the internet. That started a two-day process. We met Brandon and discussed what we wanted, and it was not available. Brandon spoke with leadership and said we may have what you want. I went into "Oh yeah" mode. He returned quickly with "the" car, and it could be ours in about 2 hours. BUT I had appointments I had to leave. Then I see something which made me relax and realize I was dealing with good people. I threw a big obstacle in the process. And it was met with a great display of Sales, Service, and Finance teamwork which was one heck of a display of Customer Service. I met my afternoon appt and was out in 45 minutes the next morning. And the price just makes it sweeter. More

I had questions about the website to pay online but no one responded to my call. Also no one ever told us the price of the 5 year 100K warranty until we were signing the paperwork. Otherwise we would have one responded to my call. Also no one ever told us the price of the 5 year 100K warranty until we were signing the paperwork. Otherwise we would have opted out. Brandon stayed with me for a weeks while I made the decision of which car to purchase. Purchasing procedure ( dickering over price) was pleasant as was the entire experience because of Brandon's nature decision of which car to purchase.
