Brandon was very friendly, helpful, and patient as we test drove two vehicles. However, due to a manager being on vacation, another who called out for an emergency, we waited four hours just to finalize test drove two vehicles. Friendly and helpful although at times knowledge was lacking from some and instead of getting correct information they tried to tell you what they thought you wanted to hear. Had to really push to get them to present the counter offer I made. Then didn't follow through on a very simple request that Stephany agreed to which was topping off the gas tank, likely $10 so not a big deal just the principal of it. Service departnmment when I spoke with them were the least helpful More
