My name is Brandon Giganti, and I am the New Car Inventory Manager and Sales and Leasing Consultant here at BMW of West St. Louis. I graduated High school from Chaminade College Preparatory School, and furthered my education at the University of Missouri St. Louis, with my Bachelors Degree in Marketing. I have had a passion for cars ever since I could remember, and that is what brought me to this industry. I ordered a new 2026 X6 Crossover from Brandon Giganti and he made the process very simple and he kept me in the loop throughout the production and final delivery of my new BMW. Brandon had previously helped me purchase my 2018 640ix Gran Coupe. He is very professional, prompt to follow up with answers to my questions and he made the whole transaction very easy. This was the sixth BMW that I've purchased from BMW of West County. If you're in the market for a new Bimmer I'd highly recommend you go see Brandon. He'll take care of you! More

Brandon was knowledgeable about the vehicles, patient with my questions, and genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect car for my needs. He made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free, never once making me feel pressured. His dedication to customer satisfaction was truly impressive. Once I had chosen my vehicle, Andrea Hawkins in the finance department took over, and she continued the seamless experience. Andrea was incredibly efficient, transparent, and thorough in explaining all the financial aspects. She made sure I understood every detail and worked diligently to secure the best possible terms for me. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made what can often be a daunting part of the car-buying process remarkably smooth. Overall, I highly recommend BMW of West St. Louis. I'm now on my 5th BMW leased from BMW of West St. Louis, and it is my 4th one that I've done with Brandon Giganti. As always, it is such a pleasure to work with Brandon. He makes the process complete Louis, and it is my 4th one that I've done with Brandon Giganti. As always, it is such a pleasure to work with Brandon. He makes the process completely stress-free. My most recent lease was the ultimate in ease - we worked out the deal entirely via text while I was flying on an airplane and using the free texting option. I don't think it's possible to have a better and easier experience leasing a car than that. Once I arrived back in town the final steps of completing the lease process went very smoothly - also as usual. I also love the special option they offer their customers when servicing my vehicles - complimentary pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle. This has been a huge added value to me when it is time for service. More
