I was very disappointed with the service in Stockton. I own three Nissan vehicles and have started driving to Nissan of Elk Grove for my services. At my last visit in Stockton March 2026. I took my I own three Nissan vehicles and have started driving to Nissan of Elk Grove for my services. At my last visit in Stockton March 2026. I took my 2013 for a leak. I noted the leak looked like brake or other fluid, it is in the initial comments. After about $1300 worh of work I pick it up to be told that the leak was still there. It was misdiagnosed. Nonetheless I was held responsible to pay for this work that was not needed, but the Manager, Mike convinced me it WAS. No told him I felt I shouldn't pay for that, but after a long phone conversation I was able to get 10% off. Very humiliating. I understand the work has been done, I wish he would have owned up to their mistake and at least remove the labor. I would have paid for parts. Bad management and customer service. I was told the leak was from my power steering and replacing the assembly was going to cost over $3000. No Thanks! More
