Wouldn’t go elsewhere!!! I’ve bought 3 Lexus’ from this dealership all within the last 14 months. Each time I’ve had a different salesman that was good, but with all 3 vehicle I’ve bought 3 Lexus’ from this dealership all within the last 14 months. Each time I’ve had a different salesman that was good, but with all 3 vehicles including my new LS500 a Manager by the name of Tim helped me. He even walked me through F&I . I was very surprised to have a SalesManager be so active in the complete buying process. I’ve bought numerous vehicles in my 45 years from middle class places to as high class as Scottsdale Bentley and have never had such a comfortable, easy experience, nor someone with a title to put so much care and professionalism as that manger Tim did... Hopefully Earnhardt advances guys like him to General Manager so he can teach all of the managers and reps to making a car buying experience so seamless and comfortable!!! More
