Hi, my name is Cleva Ault and I have been a Finance Manager with Scottsdale Lexus since 1999. I was born in Austin Texas and raised in the beautiful mountain ranges of Colorado where I started my career in the automobile industry in 1983. I have been in the financial services office with Toyota and Lexus brands since moving to the valley in 1990 and it is truly rewarding to work for such an amazing company. When I am away from work, I love spending time in the back yard with my husband or curling up with a good book. (King, Koontz and Grisham are awesome.) I have three wonderful grown sons and the light of my life is my little grandson who gives the entire family all exercise and laughter we can handle!

While others in the market might refer to them as “cowboys”, they know how to provide customer service. This was our second purchase from Earnhardt. Suk Chang was our sales rep for both. Knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. What started out as routine service on our ES300h turned into the purchase of a RX350h. Cleva made the paperwork part painless. Can’t say enough about how positive the buying experience was. Also want to mention Richard Vasquez in the service department. He has been the service advisor for the ES300h. Efficient and an excellent communicator. I’ll be back with the RX.
