Brandon, took the time to explain what extra services were required for the 60,000 mile check not covered by the warranty, how much it would cost, and how much time it would take. He also scheduled a ti were required for the 60,000 mile check not covered by the warranty, how much it would cost, and how much time it would take. He also scheduled a time later in the week to receive those services since I had a time restraint on the day of routine maintenance servicing. He was patient and courteous as he answered all of my questions. More

My Service Advisor, Sean, was excellent, considering the news he had to tell me. I can’t believe Molle Toyota sold me a Prius in 2010 and never said a word about this engine burning oil issues. Which is news he had to tell me. I can’t believe Molle Toyota sold me a Prius in 2010 and never said a word about this engine burning oil issues. Which is $4,000. Repair??! How can you bear zero responsibility for this? It should be against the law, The salesmen who sold me that car absolutely knew about the possibility this would happen. Toyota should compensate us in some way. I went online and there are thousands of people affected. Anyway, Sean, was very understanding. I think he could tell I was in shock. I’m retired and planned on driving that Prius until I couldn’t drive anymore. More
