This is because I typically dislike the car purchase/lease process so much that I want zero part of it. Brandon was understanding and flexible and the overall experience was very good. I feel like I have a great vehicle with pretty much all I want or need in it for a reasonable payment. Kudos to Brandon, for making the process much better than usual. My husband and I would both work with him again in the future. More

Not sure if this is a dealer issue or a service manager issue but I do not feel that my problem with my car is resolved nor taken seriously. I’ve had a problem with my brand new Telluride not accelerating issue but I do not feel that my problem with my car is resolved nor taken seriously. I’ve had a problem with my brand new Telluride not accelerating every time in snow mode. I was told not much they could assess because it’s been several weeks since snow mode was used. It’s been several weeks because when I called immediately after it happened I was told I needed to wait over a month for an appointment. When explaining to the guy at service there was not much concern from him about the dealership even trying to see what was happening. I’ll never purchase from destination Kia again and if my car keeps having these issues hopefully a more caring dealership is willing to support. More
