The agent that contacted me was understanding of the fact that I wouldn't be there for several days even was contacted in the most intrusive manner. The agent that contacted me was understanding of the fact that I wouldn't be there for several days even if they were being asked to hold the car from being sold. Ultimately, I didn't purchase that particular car, but the other options that were available based on my preferences were perfect once the salesman I was working with listened to what I was looking for. Whwn I first called with questions on the car, Brandon was very friendly and answered all my questions. I was apprehensive to reach out, but once I got paired with Brandon Kuznar and we started texting about options and what's available, I was eventually put at ease. The convenience of texting was a huge positive also. Brandon let my wife and I look/drive cars with zero pressure to commit (I felt like there was going to be an eventual trap and it never came). He was terrific to work with and accommodating with all of our requests. Then the financial steps with James Burns were equally as straightforward. I was looking for a car for my lady and while I was there there was a dream car of mine up for a good price. I shot a shot in the dark. I thought I would be able to get a price for my old car and get into a new one. But I was unfortunately wrong.. this is when ricart went the extra mile for this family. They got me into my dream car with almost equal payments to my old car. I was in so much disbelief I was speechless. When I finally drove off the lot with the new car I felt the true moment of all things I can do now for the kids and lady. More
