Brought in my vehicle for scheduled maintenance and a couple items of concern to have checked. Of those 4 items only one was addressed with a part needing to be ordered and vehicle to be brought back in. couple items of concern to have checked. Of those 4 items only one was addressed with a part needing to be ordered and vehicle to be brought back in. Brakes still made screeching sounds after being checked. Stick shift still rattled in 4th gear and the loose rattling sound wasn’t figured out until the second time the vehicle was in. The fact that I had to readdress these items in order to have them taken care of the second time wasn’t the the worst of it as when I picked up my vehicle there were dirty shoe marks on the back of my seats from the tech and my right front bumper was scrapped up. I brought these items up to my service advisor which he had no real response. More

I was visiting from out of town and in need of an oil change plus tire rotation. Called the service dept and not only was set up for an appointment within a couple of hours, they met me outside to usher change plus tire rotation. Called the service dept and not only was set up for an appointment within a couple of hours, they met me outside to usher me in. (Sorry but I can’t remember the service guy’s name, I think it was Brando, but his service was great) I was in and out in no time at all.
