Honesty - Great So nice when a service advisor (Brandon L.) explains to me what I really need done and what I can wait for. I rated one less star on price because the next day I get a coupon in the mail for a few dollars off on tire rotation that I had done. Ford did that to me all the time and it really irked me so please don't do this. More

Recall fix, oil change Customer service was excellent. Work was done quickly and they were easily able to accommodate safety\cleaning requests. Service The service department is great, helpful, went the extra length when I had a problem with an aftermarket brake control device that wouldn't function. The service department is great, helpful, went the extra length when I had a problem with an aftermarket brake control device that wouldn't function. The service team did further analysis and discovered there was a DC pin contact that was not fully engaged in the connector, causing the problem. they corrected the situation and the device is now working correctly. Great job. More
