The service advisor service was poorly and didn’t leave a good impression on my first time I take my Subaru to the dealership to change the oil he just wanted to get it done and get me out there. The best! Outstanding! Professional. I was pleasantly surprised that it took only 2 hours for the 2 recalls to be replaced instead of the 3 hours that was estimated. Brandon explained ev I was pleasantly surprised that it took only 2 hours for the 2 recalls to be replaced instead of the 3 hours that was estimated. Brandon explained everything in detail what needed to be done. I just sat comfortably in the waiting area watching TV and enjoying a doughnut and coffee... a nice touch for the customers. Thanks to everyone who made my day an especially good one. I arrived on time for my golf game. Next visit will be for regular service maintenance. More
