Overall I like the dealership. When I call w/problem they fit me in. This time I had been in 10 days before this visit because my battery had to be jumped and they had me come in and tested battery and they fit me in. This time I had been in 10 days before this visit because my battery had to be jumped and they had me come in and tested battery and it was found to be fine. But 10 days later the car was struggling to start. Brother tested cells with hand gauge and found dead cell. Took car into dealer and this time car battery tested bad. I was not happy because this was a second trip (location not convenient to me) and I could have been stranded somewhere when battery would not start. More

Recall I have an older Outback and it was recalled for the airbag. This took three hours to accomplish. Service was nice, pleasant, no cost. The good & the bad, As usual, Brandon & the service guys were outstanding, This time, however, was a night mare getting an appointment. I called on Saturday about a dea As usual, Brandon & the service guys were outstanding, This time, however, was a night mare getting an appointment. I called on Saturday about a dead battery. After discussion with scheduling lady we made an appointment for Monday at 11:00 AM. Then I received an email saying it was Tuesday at 7:15 AM. After calling again was told by scheduling that computer wouldn’t let appointments be entered for Monday so it was put in for Tuesday to alert Brandon. I received more emails about Tuesday & started getting phone calls on Monday about Tuesday appointment. When I went to Monday 11:00 AM appointment like scheduling lady kept telling me to do, Brandon was totally unaware of my appointment &/or problem. He was very nice, surprised at scheduling but fixed car. Your scheduling issues should be fixed - it’s very time consuming & annoying for customers. . . & very disheartening to arrive & no one has ever heard of you. More

This Dealership is awesome when we walked in we didn't know what to expect. But we were greeted with smiles and friendly people and they helped us find a really awesome car. Troy was amazing and helped us know what to expect. But we were greeted with smiles and friendly people and they helped us find a really awesome car. Troy was amazing and helped us with our financing and Luigi was so awesome he showed me how to operate all the features in my car before I left. Great staff of people including the service department work well as a team. We will be back again. More
