recalls They got me in rather quickly, did the recalls in half a day or less. They need a better, more organized way of greeting you as you drive in. Nowhere to park, no one greeted me as I sat there, had to get out of my car and go find my assigned service guy. Repair was great, they need to work on what happens when you arrive. More

Terrible dealership Although the recall was fixed Brandon informed me the the plug was stripped and they couldn’t remove it wo ruining the oil pan which would cost around Although the recall was fixed Brandon informed me the the plug was stripped and they couldn’t remove it wo ruining the oil pan which would cost around 500.. a simple oil change is what I bought the car in for. He also told me my oil changes they were supposed to be free expired?! Won’t be coming back here ever. More

Loose piece between window and hood. Had to stop on the highway and stick the plastics piece down,luckily it stayed until I got home to New River. My husband was able to get it in place. Loose piece in steering wheel, steering column opened. I went in for an oil change, and to have a recall maintenance performed on the car. After the service, I went home and noticed the sound of what seeme I went in for an oil change, and to have a recall maintenance performed on the car. After the service, I went home and noticed the sound of what seemed to be a loose part inside the steering wheel (when I turned it, you could hear it rolling). I also saw the steering column plastic cover was clearly opened and not re-assembled. I had to return back to the dealership, where one of their techs argued with me that they didn't go into my steering wheel. After check up on the issue, the noise was confirmed as a loose connector to my air bag. Subaru Peoria reinstalled my airbag correctly free of charge due to safety. (They should of charged me). Now I am not thrilled I had to go back for service twice in 1 week, however I appreciate that they corrected the issue free of charge to me for my safety in this vehicle. If I was in an accident my airbag might not have deployed correctly. Thanks! More

Poor customer service My car was with your service center for almost a month. I only received 2 calls the whole entire time. And the last one I only got because I called Br My car was with your service center for almost a month. I only received 2 calls the whole entire time. And the last one I only got because I called Brandon out for not responding. I always had to be the one to call or email for an update. I honestly think my car was done on Monday but they didn’t say anything until I emailed Brandon telling him his customer service was bad and that my car better be done that day on Wednesday. He then called an hour later to tell me it was done. That was in the morning which tells me my car was already done. No follow up and communication. I will never bring my car back to your service shop. Also I don’t know what they did to the car but it now has no xxxxx. They made my Subaru ain’t a Corolla! I’ll be calling to see what they did to make it have no acceleration. More
