More than expected We had an issue with our newer Subaru. The key would get stuck in the ignition. We were able to get an appointment for the following day. I was checked in, explained the process and likely outcomes. The tech called later to let me know the repair was covered and the vehicle was ready for pick up. Great service. Buy a Subaru. More

Waiting for nothing I took my forester in because the touchscreen for the radio stopped working. I waited all day and they did nothing when they called and said it was fi I took my forester in because the touchscreen for the radio stopped working. I waited all day and they did nothing when they called and said it was finished and I had to rush to ther dealership to pick it up before they closed sp I can use it to get top work the next day only to still have the same problems I brought it in for. When I returned to complain the other person had no idea what I was talking about and thought everything was fixed and when he called the person who actually worked on my car all they did was order a new part and installed nothing!!!!! More
