They said they were still training for that repair and to come back in February. In February, I made an appointment for March 25. They told me that it would take 2-3 weeks to do the repair and that they wouldn’t know until the day of the repair whether or not they could provide a loaner car. I called on March 23rd and they said they still weren’t sure that I could have a loaner. When I returned on the 25th, they were very straight forward: there are not enough loaner cars and they can take my car and let me know if and when a loaner is available (perhaps going up to 3 weeks without a car) or they can not take my car and let me know when a loaner becomes available so I can bring it in at that time. I chose the latter. Although they had told me earlier that the repair takes 2-3 weeks, I called several times over the next few weeks and they repeatedly told me that loaners were still not available. finally, they called and told me they had a car available on April 15, 21 days after my original appointment. Once they had my car, I called a few times to check on progress and on Thursday, May 2, they said that work on my car would probably start on Monday. Monday would be 20 days after they had received my car. That means they held my car for 3 weeks for no reason that was apparent to me. On Monday, May 6, I called them to check progress because I was planning to move that week and had been planning it for over 6 months. I had wanted to get my car in good working order before driving 2200 miles! If they had been able to do the repair on March 25, or if they had kept to the 3 week timeline from April 15 to May 7, it would Have been fine for my move. Instead, they kept my car for over 3 weeks and apparently didn’t do any repairs until after 3 weeks had passed. I finally got my car back on May 9, after telling them that I really needed it back that week or else i’d rather have them not repair it at all. If the repair took less than 4 days to do, why did they need to take my car for 23 days? They could have had more loaner cars available if they only accepted cars for the recall when they had time for them, not 3 weeks beforehand! I just don’t understand it. If there was some slow draining process they needed to complete before starting the repair, they should have told me. As it is, they left me feeling neglected and thinking that there is no rhyme or reason behind their scheduling scheme. My service associate was always very friendly and seemed to be really eager to help me, but the disparity between the service he promised and the service I received left me very confused and dissatisfied. A little disappointed. I would tell anyone I recommended this place to that they should be sure to make sure the ENTIRE service was completed. I choose to have my service do I would tell anyone I recommended this place to that they should be sure to make sure the ENTIRE service was completed. I choose to have my service done here because my buying process was exceptionally good. But having said that I want it known that I drive from central Phoenix. A thirty to forty minute drive. I could easily go three minutes down the street to Camelback Subaru whom in my opinion are sleezy. I've been here for service on four occasions. All were fine. But this last time I was a little disappointed that my vehicle didn't get washed and that once I left the dealership and discovered that my rear windshield washer reservoir was completely empty. It had not been checked and therefore not filled. Brandon was nice, polite accommodating. I feel like he did his job exceptionally well. But I really want my service experience to be as exceptional as the sales experience. More

Also, they refused to get my CD out of the old system. NOW I don’t even use the CD player for fear of losing another CD. The only good thing is, this was a brand new CD and I should be able to replace it. However, some of my CDs would be difficult, if not impossible to replace. More
