They take such good care of me! I love coming to get my Subaru serviced. They are always helpful. I was early to my appointment and they still were able to squeeze me in early and ge I love coming to get my Subaru serviced. They are always helpful. I was early to my appointment and they still were able to squeeze me in early and get me out and on my way. The service reps go over what they did, and what my next service interval expects and they give me an estimate of how much it should cost. This is always super helpful, going in with a good idea of how much things are going to cost. More

work done First time here as just moved to Sun City. Good first impression. Sitting in my car waiting in line, someone hurried to car, told me where to put car First time here as just moved to Sun City. Good first impression. Sitting in my car waiting in line, someone hurried to car, told me where to put car, and reminded me who would be helping me (Brandon). Brandon finished with a customer and came right over. Told me what was being done (oil change, tire rotation and recall problem) and took me to waiting room. Only problem was the length of time I was there- two and half hours. I didn't know about getting a ride until a woman driver came in looking for a registered rider. She told me about the service. They would even drop off and pick up at mall. By then my time was almost up so did not take a ride. Car was ready, Brandon went over work and questions, and I left. Got lots of reading done and also lots of people watching. More

Brandon was very efficient & helpful I needed batteries in 2 key fobs & wasn't sure if they needed to be re-programmed or not. He was able to have the new batteries installed and completed in under and hour for the price that he quoted me. More

Friendly and Proficient sales and service This is the third time in six years I have bought a car from Peoria Subaru. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to answer all questions. He goes that extra step to provide support and that personal touch.. He actually has made my car buying experience enjoyable! Brandon, my service advisor, is polite and refined. He knows his business! Service for airbag and rear center seat belt recall Service department was very pleasant, professional and timely. I was greeted on arrival, processed immediately and called when the recall was complete Service department was very pleasant, professional and timely. I was greeted on arrival, processed immediately and called when the recall was completed. Only comment is that I was initially told my appointment was for 7am and that parts for both issues were on hand. However, my appointment was changed to 11 am, without any explanation, and it was not until I was called to pick up my car that I was told they did not have the seat belt part and I would have to come back for that repair. Overall I was very pleased with the service, just disappointed with the miscommunication. More
