Went above and beyond to deliver car to my house when car wasn't ready due to recall from Kia that had not been fixed at the time I was there to pick up car. The dealership was not an issue. The issue was with the service advisor and the customer Service rep Cathy. In my opinion, she was unprofessional & has no follow through skills wha The issue was with the service advisor and the customer Service rep Cathy. In my opinion, she was unprofessional & has no follow through skills whatsoever whether it’s phone calls or email. It took two family members to try to reach her several times in an attempt to resolve the issue fairly. . At the advice of the service advisor, he suggested I rent the car for two weeks. Because he was not sure when my car would be looked at due to the nature of the issue. The cost for rental for a week from Hertz was $218.00. Within hours was much to my surprise he made a call to say my car was ready, and I had just rented the vehicle for the week . Hertz would not cancel the contract and re-reimburse me . Therefore, I feel Hyundai should be responsible for the total amount since I acted on their advice. I leased & then purchased my vehicle, and as a loyal Hyundai customer, I feel Hyundai should reimburse me for the full amount of my rental of $218.00. Cathy made the decision the $31 was fair and it most certainly is not. Refuse to discuss the matter any further, and when she was questioned by a family member to speak to her manager, she refused. I nrought my car that was not leaking oil im for a recall and it was returned to me with oil pouring out and wires disconnected and hanging I was told my car which is a 2008 and had no issues before going to and it was returned to me with oil pouring out and wires disconnected and hanging I was told my car which is a 2008 and had no issues before going to Key Hyundai was and I quote old so what did I expect now my calls are sent to voicemail and the 800 customer service numbers keep referring me to another 800 number the fact that key hyundai refuses to acknowledge and rectify the isaue they created is atrocious I have owned a Hyundai for the last 30 years and my experience with key Hyundai which is going ro an attorney has pushed me to buy a Honda while my Hyundai sits in my driveway rendered undrivable because of the incompetence of their mechanics and their service advisor and service managers refusal to address and correct their mistake Customer service does not exist at this location as I was made to feel as if I was at fault for maintaining my Hyundai and only drive about 2000 miles a year so if your vehicle is not brand new they treat it with disrespect even when you bring it with the original battery terminal covers on which they apparently threw away More
