Service for a.c. I called on Wednesday night to get my ac fixed after a few hot days I explained that I needed it done ASAP. The gentleman I spoke with was very polite and knowledgeable unfortunately o don’t remember his name. He got me in for an appointment the next morning. Service Appointment Service Rep wanted to charge me full price for 4 whl alignment, when reservation confirmation quoted me the sale price of $89.95. You should automati Service Rep wanted to charge me full price for 4 whl alignment, when reservation confirmation quoted me the sale price of $89.95. You should automatically add in any service discount automatically if it is offered online. Reality is I could have gone elsewhere and got the 4 whl alignment done for $79.95 by a reputable competitor. We're paying more for labor when we come to your facility simply because it's a Honda dealership, not because your techs are trained any better than your major competitors on Honda products. You should be more customer oriented and automatically offer them the discounted price(s), and/or make mention to the customer of service specials. Not everyone searches their computer for deals on service. I for one take these failures to promote good customer service when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle. That is why I stopped going to the dealership where I originally purchased my vehicle, was their lack of concern for the customer, and more bottom line driven! More

Totally satisfied with service I was so thankful that I called Curry when I noticed that my cars battery light came on and the car was making a whining noise. I called and was told I was so thankful that I called Curry when I noticed that my cars battery light came on and the car was making a whining noise. I called and was told that I could bring it right in, I spoke to Aimee the service advisor who was very nice and told me what could be the problem with my car. she called me the next morning and she was right on as to what the problem was. I needed a new alternater and battery. They had to order the parts and I was told by Aimee that it should be ready the next day. It was and I can;t thank Aimee and the mechanics enough for getting it back to me so quick. It runs great now! Thank you Sincerely, Mercita Maroney More
