Technician installed new radiator and new hoses. In the process bolts were snapped off due to rust I'm assuming. Technician did not advise of damage and the radiator was basically floating in place. we had a problem with the window, not opening and closing. They diagnosed it as a problem with the window regulator. They cleaned it and fixed it without a charge because they had done it similar thi closing. They diagnosed it as a problem with the window regulator. They cleaned it and fixed it without a charge because they had done it similar thing a month ago. To their credit, they gave us a cost analysis of installing a new regulator if it becomes necessary. All that was good. Our only complaint is we left the car with them and didn't get a call the next day cause the service manager for us was out sick. We had to call them the following day and ask them what the status of the car is. There should be a communication back up in the event of a service manager being out sick. More

I received a text message regarding my vehicle which stated that my SA would follow up with me. I arrived at 9 am and was advised that the oil change & tire rotation would take 1-1 & 1/2 hours. At 11 stated that my SA would follow up with me. I arrived at 9 am and was advised that the oil change & tire rotation would take 1-1 & 1/2 hours. At 11 am I walked to the desk to discuss my vehicle and advised the SA that I thought he would follow up with. He said he was busy. About 5-10 minutes after I left,y tire light came back on. I expect better service and communication. More
